Meet one of our borrowers
The Lighthouse Group is an educational charity, helping young people excluded from school develop learning skills leading to qualifications and a bright future. Originally a drop in-centre operating out of a community diner in Bradford, it initially borrowed £85,000 from Charity Bank to purchase a bigger property. Now a national charity, a further £555,000 loan assisted in the purchase of a two-acre site, on which it has built a £4.5 million purpose-built facility.
